Are your items new?
Yes, all items are new, never purchased items from real stores.
Are the items first quality? Yes, all items are first quality. Some may be slightly shop worn.
Update: we now have a category called "Previously Loved Lilly". These items are as described, and they are still returnable.
How do you ship?
We usually ship via USPS; however we reserve the right to ship in the most efficient carrier for your address/location.
We will guarantee your purchase until the carrier has verified they have delivered the package, so no worries if the order is lost during transit. As we have no control over the package after delivery, it is the customer's responsibility for loss/stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.
How quick do you ship?
We ship three days a week, with orders usually going out within three days of date you ordered. However, please allow five business days for processing as we have limited employees.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $8.99 for any size order. This covers our costs for postage, materials, and handling.
Why don't we have free shipping? Free is not really free. A business still has costs of postage, material, and the cost to package. We feel our customers would rather see the shipping costs up-front ranther than the costs being added to each of our items.
Do you accept returns?
Why, yes we do! "No sale is final!" Why are we doing this when no one else does? Because we think our customers appreciate it. Who knows if it's going to fit? Who knows if it's too short? Visit our "Easy Peasy Returns" page for more details, but remember our strict 5-day policy as we really don't want to dissapoint!
Do you offer gift boxes or gift wrapping?
Since this is our outlet site, we try to offer the best prices we can. Therefore, we cannot offer gift boxes or wrapping. (We think our customers would rather have the best prices.)
